THE ORDERS BEHIND THE INVESTMENT
24 months.
Which releases support a plant?
Connect each release to manufacturing permission, a priced order, invoices, retained sales and payment dates. Compare outsourcing, a shared setup and a factory using the same movable programme.
Private files stay in this browser. Nothing is uploaded or automatically saved. Download your schedule before closing or reloading. The public example is fictional.
Base case includes committed, authorised, movable orders dated in the window. Historical sales and partner-arranged pressings remain reference records. Proposed orders never become a verified order book.
Release-by-release register
One row per manufacturing batch / order. Use separate rows for represses. Production dates place volumes into months; payment entries determine cash timing.

Payment dates and retained receipts
Enter each instalment once. Change Planned to Paid when settled; do not add a duplicate. Amounts are GBP excluding recoverable VAT. Retained receipts mean cash after returns, VAT and selling fees, but before separately entered contract deductions. If a deduction is already netted from receipts, do not enter it again. Planned means forecast; Paid means actual, with a reference. Blank amounts/dates remain unknown.

What does each production route add?
Extra 24-month cash = retained manufacturing saving − 24 months of new running costs − setup investment.
Enter complete batch costs against each release: same discs, packaging, cutting, metalwork, freight and quality standard. Include rejects and tests in costs. Monthly costs include staff, premises, maintenance and sustaining spend; setup includes installation and launch. Existing label receipts and contract deductions stay in the cash schedule below, and are not added to the manufacturing benefit. This assumes both routes deliver the same sales.
No automatic demand, third-party sales or resale value. Before tax, financing and VAT timing. Capacity is good discs including test sets per month, after downtime. Monthly capacity is a screening check, not a production calendar. This compares 24-month cash, not accounting profit or peak funding; costs may occur before production. Excluded and unpriced orders must be resolved before investment approval.
Monthly order and payment schedule
Volumes show eligible production only. Cash shows all entered release payments within the window, including reference/partner records. Actual and planned payments are separate and do not imply ownership of a release. A dash means no entry, not a verified zero. This is a record schedule, not a bank reconciliation or factory funding forecast.
